Do I buy from you or from the retailer?

From the retailer. When you click through, you're buying from Boots, Holland & Barrett, Vitabiotics or whoever stocks that product — under their prices, delivery and returns policy. We gather everything in one place and earn a commission when you buy.

Why won't you tell me what actually works?

Because for supplements, we legally can't — and honestly, nobody else should be either. UK rules only permit health claims from an approved register, tied to a specific nutrient at a specific dose. Anyone telling you a supplement relieves hot flushes is breaking those rules. What we can do is show you exactly what's in each product and what its label is permitted to say.

Is anything here allowed to say what it does?

Yes — licensed medical devices. CanesMeno Hydration & Comfort Gel is one, which is why its page reads differently from the supplements. It's approved to describe the relief it provides.

How long does delivery take?

That's set by the retailer you buy from. Boots and Holland & Barrett are typically 1–3 working days to UK addresses, with click-and-collect available. Their page will confirm before you pay.

What about returns?

Also the retailer's, and you have the same rights you'd have buying direct — including 14 days to change your mind on most items. Sealed hygiene products can't be returned once opened.

Do you make money from the links?

Yes, on most of them. It's declared at the top of every page it applies to, it costs you nothing extra, and it doesn't decide what we list or how we order it. No brand has paid us for placement.

Can you tell me what I should take?

No. We're a shop, not a clinic, and anyone selling you something who claims otherwise should worry you. For anything about your health — including whether HRT might suit you — talk to your GP or pharmacist. We can explain what's in a product and what it costs. That's where we stop.
