This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Who we are

Second Spring Official is solely operated by the founder, Rubin V. Cayman Islands. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

Rubin — admin@secondspringofficial.com. Every question about your data comes straight to that inbox and is answered by the person who runs the shop.

Because we are established outside the UK and offer services to individuals in the UK, we are also required to appoint a representative in the UK under Article 27 of the UK GDPR. That appointment is in progress; until it is in place, please use the contact above, which reaches us directly.

What we collect

If you browse the site: standard analytics data — pages viewed, approximate location by country, device and browser type, and how you arrived. We use Shopify's built-in analytics and, where you have consented, Google Analytics and advertising pixels from Meta and TikTok.

If you click through to a retailer: that retailer sets their own cookie to attribute the sale. We receive only aggregate reporting from the affiliate network — never your name, address or payment details.

We are not currently running an email marketing list. If we start one, it will be opt-in only, we will say so here first, and you will be able to leave from any email we send.

What we do not collect

We do not process payments. We hold no card details, no delivery addresses and no order history, because you buy from the retailer rather than from us.

Why we use it

To understand how the site is used and improve it — our legitimate interests. To keep records for tax and accounting — our legal obligations.

Health data

We do not ask for, record or infer anything about your health, and we do not build a profile of you from what you look at.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the site work, analytics cookies to understand usage, and advertising cookies where you have consented. Affiliate links set third-party cookies belonging to the retailer or the affiliate network. You can refuse non-essential cookies and change your mind at any time.

Who we share it with

Our analytics and advertising providers, and our affiliate networks. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Analytics data for the retention period set by the provider. Affiliate reporting is aggregate and contains no personal data about you.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable form. Email admin@secondspringofficial.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
